The CNMI CDBG-DR Program is focused on meeting the unmet need of the CNMI following the presidentially declared disasters of Typhoon Yutu (DR 4404) and Typhoon Mangkhut (DR 4386). The Infrastructure Program aims to rebuild and strengthen the CNMI’s current facilities to build more resilient structures that can withstand future disasters. The CNMI CDBG-DR infrastructure program will allocate funding to the following infrastructure categories: (1) Public Facilities, (2) Roads, and (3) Utilities.
